I feel so dumb while commenting, because 90% of the time it’s just me quoting the fic and going “oh wow??” or “YESSS” or “NOOO” or “PAIN” because i’m an inarticulate mess but. Writers genuinely EAT THAT UP and are super thrilled and delighted about it.

SO: Don’t trust your socially awkward, anxious guts, trust me. That clumsy, weird comment you felt awkward leaving? Will make a writer’s day. Seriously, it’s the truth.

A single ‘wow’ is enough!! Believe me :-)

Listen, as a writer, even “ASDFGHJKL THE FEELS” will absolutely make my entire day. Someone quoting my own writing back at me? I LIVE for that stuff!

So please, go wild. Yell incoherently, write an essay or five words, type “I want to give kudos again”, tell me which parts you liked best, don’t bother with punctuation and write in all caps. I will love every word.
