Well? Who else noticed this?
The so-called “Committee of 300” was behind the mess that occurred in Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate. As part of the Science Adventure series, it’s only natural for them to be in this too.
That said, I have no idea who or what they are. I don’t think we’re supposed to. All we know is that it’s an antagonist faction responsible for the conflicts in this series.
TL;DR—I wanna see what this Committee is up to this time…
